Because there is no performance management of the information system without a dashboard.

And because there is no generic dashboard, we have developed the LIID approach. A unique approach, LIID enables to define performance indicators or risk management indicators that are relevant to a portfolio of applications and to aggregate them into several dashboards for all players in the Information System Department. This new approach leads to setting up an intranet LIID which is accessible via a web browser.

This original methodology, which results from the feedback of several client sites, enables follow-up and decision making for information technology services of the ADy or Production type, as well as at the level of information technology, financial, and general departments.

The fields broached range from mapmaking applied to company management, to impact analysis, qualimetry, maintenance cost cutting, risk management, performance management, control of standards, and budget management.
