Dashboards, the keystones of the management of the ISD :

The value added of an enterprise depends on the value added of each of its entities. In order to assess the performance of the enterprise, that is to say the level of value creation compared to the resources that are necessary to produce it, indicators are used and aggregated in a dashboard, which will be one of the objective decision making elements. In a systemic approach, this step applies to each level of activity: from the project leader to the information technology officer. This step is unique and entirely specific to each enterprise and each entity. There is no generic dashboard .

The use of dashboards is one of the main tools that are used to increase the performances of the enterprise. It should be fully integrated in the culture of organization management.
